When you register for our service utilizing Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and Google OAuth tokens. We also read and store review data from your Google Business Profile temporarily to process AI replies.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your Google Business Profile data strictly to provide the core functionality of our service: reading customer reviews and generating contextual AI replies on your behalf. We transmit review text to Google Gemini API purely for generating the responses.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We share review text solely with our AI provider (Google Gemini) for the purpose of generating replies. Billing information is securely processed by Stripe.

4. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your OAuth tokens and business data, including encrypting access tokens at rest in our database.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. If you disconnect your Google account from our application, we will delete all associated OAuth tokens and cease fetching any new review data.
