Welcome to Review Autopilot. By accessing or using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Google Business Profile to Review Autopilot, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to manage the business's reviews on Google and consent to our automated AI responses.

2. Service Description

Review Autopilot provides an AI-driven tool that automatically generates and posts replies to Google reviews on your behalf using the Google Business Profile API and Google Gemini AI.

3. User Responsibilities

You remain fully responsible for the content posted by the AI. While our AI is designed to be professional and courteous, you agree to actively monitor the replies generated on your behalf through your dashboard and intervene if necessary.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Our service is billed on a recurring monthly basis at $20/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Review Autopilot, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
